- Online PSD Training
Target audience: bank or corporate staff who are involved in payment services on a day-to-day basis. Aimed at conveying an understanding of the scope, impact and timing of PSD and on the changes it causes to current services and practices.
Approach:
Based on a series of blocks of learning supported by online quizzes and exercises, on scope, how PSD clauses have been converted into banks’ terms and conditions, what are the main changes, and how this all fits into the industry timeline (SEPA, Reg 2560...)
Examples of what banks and payment service users should do to prepare, to get benefits or cushion impacts, and to manage the programme.
Benefits:
